Fluorescence inverted microscopes
Microscopes with inverted design for studying samples in laboratory glassware using the visible fluorescence method in reflected light and the brightfield and phase contrast methods in transmitted light:
A special class of microscopes for studying metals, alloys, semiconductors, and paint coatings. These models support working in brightfield and polarized light, and they are also equipped with special objectives and a device for working in the darkfield method:
Digital microscopes with a camera or with a camera and a screen
Digital versions of these microscopes with a camera are tools not only for the direct observation of a sample, but also for recording studies in photo and video formats. A version with a screen is a complete visualization system for a microscope.
All new products are plan achromatic microscopes designed for “infinity”, with a high degree of correction of field distortions as well as chromatic and spherical aberrations. The parfocal distance is 45mm.
For polarizing microscopes
An objective for working in polarized light is strain-free, i.e. its optics do not introduce stray reflections that distort the image. The refraction only comes from the sample, and the image in the eyepieces is authentic, clean, and clear.
To work with samples made of metals and alloys, we recommend using objectives that have a large working distance. Such samples may have an uneven surface with significant peaks and cavities. If you use a regular objective and adjust the focus carelessly, you can accidentally touch the sample with the front lens and thereby damage either the optics or the sample.
Two phase contrast objectives are available for biological microscopes. The phase contrast method is used to study low-contrast organisms that are difficult to see in the brightfield and that the researcher does not want to stain.
Objectives with lenses made of optical glass without the effect of birefringence are used for the fluorescence observation method. The optics of these objectives are particularly clear and do not have their own luminescence.
Eyepieces for biological, polarizing, and stereomicroscopes are available. The eyepiece diameter is 23.2mm and 30mm. Models with a scale are also available – these eyepieces are used to measure samples and their structures.
The new C-mount adapters have a focal length adjustment feature and their own magnification. They are used to install a digital camera in a vertical tube. Compatible with MAGUS trinocular microscopes.
An auxiliary lens is an accessory for stereomicroscopes. It screws onto the objective cap and changes the magnification of the microscope as well as its field of view and working distance. There are lenses that increase or decrease magnification.
