Return policyIf you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date of the receipt. When returning an item, please be aware that products that have been damaged during the post-purchase period (scratched, broken, not fit for further retailing) as well as incomplete products’ packages (missing accessories, etc.) will not be accepted.
The amount of you purchase will be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable. If the return is due to defective products, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained in advance of return. Contact us by e-mail to receive the RA number to be displayed on the outside of your shipping container.

WarrantyAll products listed on the website are subject to the same warranty as declared by the brand manufacturer. MAGUS microscopes and digital cameras have a 5-year warranty. MAGUS accessories have a 2-year warranty.
This warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as bulbs (incandescent, LED, halogen, energy-saving and other types of bulbs), batteries (rechargeable and non-rechargeable), electrical consumables, etc.

All returns must be accompanied by a written statement setting forth the name, address and telephone number of the owner, including a description of any claimed defects. Parts or products for which replacement is made will become the property of MAGUS.
The customer will be responsible for all costs of transportation and insurance to and from MAGUS or its authorized dealers and will be required to prepay such costs.
