MAGUS FL S-APO60 PlanF S-Apo 4х/10х/20х/40х/100х oil ∞/0.17 H60mm Objective Set Infinity plan semi-apochromatic objectives. The set contains 5 objectives with a parfocal distance of 60mm
The plan semi-apochromatic fluorescent objective is designed for transmitted light and fluorescence observations. The objective lenses are made of fluorite, which is a mineral with a high degree of transparency over a wide wavelength spectrum, without autofluorescence and birefringence, with the corrected secondary spectrum. The high numerical aperture enhances the objective’s resolving power. The image in the eyepieces and through the digital camera is cleaner, more contrast, and brighter than with a regular plan achromatic objective.
Plan semi-apochromatic objectives have chromatic aberrations that are corrected for four colors, spherical aberration corrected for three colors, and field curvature corrected for 90% of the field of view diameter. The 4x and 10x objectives are designed to work with specimens with or without a coverslip. The 20x, 40x, and 100x objectives are used to observe specimens with a 0.17mm coverslip. The 100x objective supports oil immersion. All of the objectives are designed for the infinity-corrected tube length. The parfocal distance is 60mm.
To enable the fluorescence technique, fluorescent objectives are installed in the revolving nosepiece in place of regular objectives, and the epi-fluorescence attachment is mounted between the microscope head and stand. When used with transmitted light, fluorescent objectives enhance the microscope’s resolving power and reduce the depth of field.
