Reflected-light illuminator for stereomicroscopes

This ring light provides even, reflected-light illumination of samples for stereomicroscopy. The light source features 144 LEDs that are arranged in a circle around the objective lens at an angle to the optical axis. This design concentrates the light in the observation area, ensuring uniform sample illumination and minimizing shadows.
 
The color temperature is in the cool white range (approximately 6500K). The illuminator enhances the contrast of fine structures and improves the visual resolution of details. The brightness is adjustable from 0% to 100%, allowing you to set the optimal illumination level based on the sample type and observation technique.
 
The ring light attaches to the outer groove of the objective housing and is secured with three screws. A threaded adapter is included for microscopes that lack this groove. To install it using the adapter, first screw the adapter into the internal thread of the housing, and then attach the ring light to the adapter’s groove. It can also be mounted directly onto a housing without a groove if the outer diameter does not exceed 60mm and the profile is cylindrical rather than conical.
 
The device is powered by an AC power supply using the included power cord and adapter.
